Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer with 3-7 years of experience who wants to contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes for complex products, including underwater robots.

As part of our client's team, you will work with products characterized by low volumes and high complexity, providing an exciting and challenging work environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with several functions, such as purchasing, production planning, project management, and the development department, to ensure efficient and quality production.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Responsible for defining requirements and reviewing design documents, with a particular focus on manufacturability and testability.
Specify needs and develop tools and fixtures for manufacturing processes.
Create manufacturing preparations and work instructions to ensure correct production and testing.
Provide technical support to assembly personnel during assembly work and ensure that all processes are followed correctly.
Train employees in new methods, work processes, and process improvements.
Follow up and quality assure manufacturing preparations and ongoing processes to improve productivity and quality.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

At least 3-7 years of experience as a Production Engineer, preferably with experience working with complex products, such as in electronics.
Good knowledge and experience of Lean Production and process optimization.
The ability to handle multiple parallel tasks and a strong desire to continuously improve and develop.
Good communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in teams and collaborate with other functions.
You are responsible, flexible, and have a strong drive to challenge and improve existing working methods and processes.
